2. Appointment & Booking Policy

• Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for premium services like Bridal Makeup or Skin Treatments.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service duration.
• Identification: We may ask for basic contact details to confirm your identity during the visit.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. For specialized bridal or group packages, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

4. Salon Etiquette & Safety

To maintain a serene sanctuary, we request clients to keep mobile phones on silent. Please inform our stylists of any allergies or skin sensitivities before starting any treatment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sudha’s Grace will not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings within the salon premises or for unexpected reactions to products if allergies were not disclosed beforehand.
